Stolen Package Policy
At The Classy Millionaire, we strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and in the possession of the customer.
Please note that The Classy Millionaire is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered. We understand how frustrating this can be, but once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility of the package falls on the recipient.
If your order is missing despite being marked as delivered:

Check with neighbors, roommates, or family members who may have received the package on your behalf.

Look around your property or delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.) in case it was placed in an unexpected spot.
If you still cannot locate your order, we recommend:

Filing a police report to document the theft, which may be helpful for any additional steps with the carrier or your local authorities.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages, as we are not responsible for items after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
